Room type: Single room with private bathroom in 4 person apartment
Full rate: $349 per week
50% scholarship rate: $174.50 per week
Bond payment: $698 (4 weeks rent)
Holding fee: $174.50, which will go toward the first-week rent

Total rate: $469 per week
50% scholarship rate: $234.50 per week

Scholarship conditions
- Students must be in Australia to apply for this scholarship
- The scholarship cannot be deferred or extended
- Scholarship recipients must sign a 12-month lease with Urbanest North Terrace
- Scholarship recipients must pay a bond payment equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent
- Scholarship recipients must pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1-week rent at a 50% discounted rate

Urbanest Accommodation Scholarships are available to
- New Urbanest residents only
- New bachelor or master coursework students commencing a new degree in Semester 1, 2022
- Students that are not sponsored by a foreign government or Australian government
